MAIN Organises Training And Workshop For Media Producers, Bloggers On Combating Fake News And Hate Speech

 The Media Awareness And Information For All Networks (MAIN) funded by The United Nations Educational, Scientific And Cultural Organization has organised a two day training and workshop for  Bloggers, Media Producers on "Building Capacity of Nigerian Social Media Producers/ Bloggers in Countering Hate Speech and Fake News.

The program which was held in Primal hotel, was presented by The National Information Officer, United Nations Information Centre (UNIC) Dr. Oluseyi Soremekun( with key note facilitators such as Prof. Lai Osho(LASU/ Chairman MAIN). 

The program was able to provide skills and knowledge for developing gender sensitive, hate-free, tactical news and fact- checked contents to 32bloggers, social media producer.
